In partnership with Southwark Council, The Sunflower Counselling Service offers up to 8 weeks of FREE online counselling tailored for individuals and families (18+) from Ukraine who have settled in the UK through the Southwark Homes 4 Ukraine Service.
This initiative aims to provide Ukrainian residents a safe and confidential space to navigate their feelings and challenges during this crucial transitional period.
Given the unique hardships faced by those fleeing conflict, our service is designed to promote mental health and emotional resilience, connecting residents with our Ukrainian and Russian-speaking professional counsellor(s) who are well-versed in the complexities of their experiences.
Access to the counselling sessions is straightforward and convenient, available via email or our dedicated website, ensuring that support is accessible for everyone.
