The Coronavirus Charity Help Fund has been set up to help those affected by the coronavirus.
Small community organisations and local charities can apply for grant funding of between £5-20K for specific coronavirus poverty relief projects.
As a guide, small charities are those with a turnover of £10 million or less. Applications from subsidaries of larger parent charities will be considered.
Projects the Funder is looking for
It is interested in projects that directly help people affected by the effects of the virus, such as by giving access to food, toiletries, basic necessities, as well as community projects to help people in isolation.
Also, projects that can help people now, so existing projects that could be scaled up with extra money or projects that are in the process of being set up are particularly welcome.
Speed is of the essence and you are encourage to highlight your project’s objectives and outcomes concisely, and to consider using bullet points rather than lengthy answers.
